Shipping & Returns Policy

Lead time & Shipping: Your window treatments are made to order upon receipt with lead time of 3-5 days (depending upon size of order and fabric availability). Shipments are made via USPS Priority 2-3 day delivery. Valances are carefully packaged in long recyclable boxes to prevent and minimize wrinkling and folds.

Satisfaction Policy: Because these window treatments are individually custom made to your specifications we are unable to accept returns, cancellations or refunds.  If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you on a resolution to ensure your satisfaction.
