The valences I ordered were PERFECTLY made and shipped. When I received them, they were beautifully wrapped in tissue and I was able to hang them right away with no ironing/pressing needed! They look beautiful and are the exact dimensions I was looking for. Mona is wonderful to deal with and very responsive to my (many) questions. Top quality product and customer service, I couldn't be more pleased and would definitely purchase window treatments from Mona again, as well as recommend her to my friends.

Mona is a professional in her work, her communication and her flexibility. She made extra wide shades for me from fabric I provided. Within only a couple of days of receiving the fabric she completed the shades. They were hanging in my kitchen shortly after. The valances came out beautifully and the workmanship was top notch.
